Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
With the exception of credit card information, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. East Coast Emergency Outfitter - Sales & Returns Policy
East Coast Emergency Outfitter values our relationship with our customers and offers a warranty and return policy for most products purchased from East Coast Emergency Outfitters. Under this policy, you may return any stock items within the applicable return policy period (15 days from receipt of goods), that you purchased directly from East Coast Emergency Outfitter for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees. Merchandise that has been customized or personalized may not be returned or exchanged, unless it is a deemed by East Coast Emergency Outfitters to be a defective product.
The product lines we carry are crafted with the highest quality and we're proud to offer them to you. We understand if your new purchase doesn't work out the way you imagined, so we've made the return process easy

Ship a return
If you prefer to ship your return back. Call a customer service rep to get a RA (return authorization) number first. Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box.

15 Day Return Policy
Returns made within 15 days of purchase are graciously accepted! Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Original tags and markings must be attatched. Catalog and website merchandise may be returned to any store. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit only. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the returned goods.
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Method of payment will be chosen by the purchaser during the checkout process.
Our standard check policy if you pay with a check your order will be held for 10 business days until your check clears.
